Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Limitless Growth website at limitlessgrowth.co and related services (the "Platform"), operated by Limitless Growth Enterprises LTD ("Limitless Growth," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in British Columbia, Canada.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Free Services

Limitless Growth offers free access to plant growing guides, Academy courses, and personalized planting date tools. These free features are provided "as is" and may change or be updated at any time.

We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription tiers in the future. Any paid features will be clearly identified, and you will not be charged without your explicit consent.

Seed Shop

The Limitless Growth Seed Shop sells seeds for delivery within Canada. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment: Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards.
• Shipping: We ship within Canada only. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
• Returns: Due to the nature of seeds, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect orders.
• Growing results: Seeds are living products. We cannot guarantee germination rates or growing results, as outcomes depend on conditions outside our control (soil, weather, care).

Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, images, guides, course materials, illustrations, logos, and design — is owned by Limitless Growth or used with permission. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or attribution notices

You may share links to our guides and courses freely. We encourage it.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Platform using automated tools
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious code or content

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The growing information provided will produce specific results
• Planting dates or frost date calculations will be perfectly accurate for your location

Growing plants involves variables we cannot control. Our guides and tools are educational resources, not guarantees. Always use your own judgment and consider local conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
