The short version

Almost everything on Limitless Growth is ours: the guides, the courses, the illustrations. A few parts let members upload their own things, like a photo of a plant for Coach Lumen or a picture attached to a support message. If you own a copyright and believe something here uses it without permission, tell us and we will look at it quickly.

How to tell us

Email copyright@reply.limitlessgrowth.co. It opens a tracked request with our support team the moment it arrives. To act on it we need all of the following:

1. What work you say has been infringed, clearly enough that we can identify it.
2. Where the infringing material is on our site: a link, or enough detail for us to find it.
3. Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

A notice missing any of these may not be valid, and we may come back to you for the rest before we can act.

What we do next

We aim to look at every notice within two business days. If the claim looks valid we remove or disable access to the material and tell whoever uploaded it, with a copy of your notice. If it does not, we will tell you why.

If we removed something of yours

If we took down something you uploaded and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with: your name, mailing address, phone number and email; identification of the material and where it was before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of a court where you live (or, outside the United States, a court where we are); and your signature.

We will pass it to the person who complained. If they do not go to court within 10 to 14 business days, we may put the material back.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe other people's copyright are closed. We decide what counts as repeat, taking the circumstances into account.
