About these seeds
Caraway is a biennial — leafy the first year, flowering and seeding the second. The tiny seeds are the famous part, used in rye bread, sauerkraut, and Eastern European cooking. The young leaves can be used like parsley. A patient herb, but the homegrown seeds are far more aromatic than anything you'll buy in a jar.
