Yes. Permaculture is principle-based, not climate-specific. Levels 9 and 10 dig into how to adapt to cold, hot, dry, wet, urban, rural — yours, not someone else's.
How long until I see results?+
First harvest: same season as your first planting. First mature food forest: 3–5 years. The system gets richer every year you stay with it.
