The Promise

Sow on day 1. Eat by day 30.

Most first gardens fail because people start with slow crops and give up waiting. This course starts with the fast ones. One afternoon of sowing, a week-by-week plan that tells you what to expect, and a real harvest inside a month. And the slow crops you sowed the same day keep it going after. Nothing here needs a garden. A window box will do it.

Any Space Works

A balcony. A windowsill. A jar.

Three containers on a balcony run the whole plan. A single windowsill grows sprouts, microgreens and pea shoots every week of the year. The course tells you exactly which crop fits which pot, how deep, how much light, and how to keep it all going when the weather turns.

Built For Beginners

Never grown a thing? This is the fastest way to find out you can.

No jargon, no equipment shelf, no assumed green thumb. The natural way, start to finish: compost and compost tea, the finger test for watering, and a calendar that tells you what is normal so you never dig up a seed to check on it. Every warning comes with its fix. If a plant has ever died on you, this is the course that shows you it was the timing, not you.

For you if

  • You want to eat something you grew this month, not this year
  • You have a windowsill, balcony, patio, or any sunny corner
  • You have a packet of seeds and no idea when or how to plant it
  • You want the whole thing: growing, harvesting, cooking, and recipes

Skip it if

  • You already run a productive vegetable garden every season
  • You are after tomatoes, squash and the slow summer crops (that is a different course)
  • You are not ready to put a single pot on a sill yet

The honest answers.

Does everything really grow in 30 days?+

No, and we will not pretend it does. The promise is your first harvest within 30 days: sprouts in the first week, pea shoots by day 14, radishes around day 21, and a bowl of your own greens by day 30. Carrots and pea pods take longer, and the course has you sow them on day 1 too, so if you're happy to wait a little they arrive without any extra work. Even they give you something inside the month: pea shoots and tips, beet and turnip greens.

I have never grown anything. Is this really for me?+

Especially you. Fast crops are the most forgiving there are, and the course starts at zero: Chapter 1 ends with a jar of sprouts on your counter and seeds in the soil. A week-by-week plan tells you what is normal, so you never give up on a row that is doing fine.

I only have a windowsill.+

Then you have a sprouts and microgreens station that produces every week of the year, plus a window box of salad greens. The course has a windowsill-only version of the plan, and a balcony version, and a garden-bed version.

Do I need special seeds or equipment?+

No. Any radish, lettuce, spinach, pea or carrot seed works, and the course names every fast crop worth growing. Equipment is a container with a drainage hole, a bag of potting mix, a jar, a shallow tray and water. The natural way throughout: compost and compost tea, never anything harsh.

What about actually eating it?+

Two full chapters. One on harvesting, prepping, cooking and storing everything you grow (including the parts the store throws away). Then ten recipes, one per lesson, each built around what you have grown and each printable as a recipe card.
